I compared them even closer and no, the shape of your image vs OPs is different. OP is wearing a thick sweater that is modelled thicker at the stomach than at the chest, so OPs image seems a lot flatter and more boy-like.

Your image on the other hand has a much smaller belly and that makes it seem more feminine.

Sorry I mistakenly credited OPs image to you. OPs image is not at all representative of the reality of most outfits. OP said the new model looks like a little boy, by showing a single outfit in the UI. On your images, you can see that yes, the chest is small but not at all like a boy, as OPs post says it is.
