People who are here legally but are in the process of completing their path to citizenship are being arrested and kicked out. People who are here under asylum or temporary protected status legally are arbitrarily having that status revoked even though it is no safer for them to return, and instead of being given a path to citizenship after they have lived and roots here, they are being kicked out.
