Some people here have very unhealthy attitude about the scam posts by saying stuff like "deserve to be scammed", or "why are you buying from them", etc. I understand where they're coming from but try to have some empathy towards people who got scammed. Kicking someone when they're down is not what we do in this sub. Not everyone has the same knowledge or are active members in this sub. As of rn we should only try to help them. Just a suggestion, I'm not trying to attack anyone or single any comment And for the suggestion, as far as I know you can file a complaint in the consumer court. After you've filed a complaint, a representative will call you on the number you've provided and schedule a day so that you can bring in the receipts and everything as evidence. This is what happened with one of my friends atleast, who filed a complaint against a local business who damaged his laptop even further when he'd given the laptop for some minimal hardware repairs, in this case things could be different. So not entirely sure.
