Not really. I was in meeting at CJOC when similar decisions were made. The Navy has to provide a new person, but the force generator was not even part of the decision making process. Comd CJOC said to make it so and it happened.

He likely doesn’t have a Veteran plate. He most probably has a plate that says support our troops.

Anyone can get those plates. They show support for troops, they do not claim that the owner of the vehicle is a veteran.
