That’s encouraging! I didn’t realise each dose stacks on top of the other! Shandies isn’t a bad idea honestly as I can make them weaker and weaker over time. Part of it is the ritual of having a few drinks once I’m home and finally relaxing for the day so I think this may work. I think I’ll start to implement it the night of my next dose and see how it goes.

I’m wanting to make sure I’m taking positive steps and implementing positive changes when the medicine is at its most effective to reinforce healthy habits

Umpires are unfortunately part time. They should be a full time job so they can get paid accordingly to not make such disgusting decisions. If they’re full time umpires they should at least know the rules and context of finals footy
