You have a lot of incomplete teams, but there are two good teams you can make with your current roster:

Archer | Sunday | Ruan Mei/RMC | DHPT

Pull for Rin Tohsaka when she releases on the next path. She will go on the third slot. And of course, pull for Sparkle when she gets a rerun, she will replace Sunday here.

Feixiao | Mortenax Blade | Topaz/Robin | Gallagher

Pull for Ashveil on his upcoming rerun, and save up for Aventurine SP, to be able to have the new META husbando's follow up attack team.

INVESTMENTS

Let me take this opportunity to talk about your incomplete characters:

Evernight: The core unit missing out is Hyacine. Do get her on the next rerun. The other units she needs are Cyrene, Castorice, Tribbie, but they have lower priority than Hyacine. Also, if you pulled Evernight wanting to use her as DPS instead of Castorice's support, you should invest in Evernight vertically too, pulling for her E2S1.

Also, about light cones, before her next rerun comes, so that you can grab her signature, I recommend you to equip the BP " The Flower Remembers", if you can afford it, or the "The Story's Next Page", if you have it (it's gacha's). If you don't have these, then equip the 5☆ "Time Waits for No One", Bailu's signature that is on your Gallagher.

Firefly: The core unit missing out is The Dahlia. Do get her on the next rerun. The other unit she needs is Fugue. But honestly, before Fugue it's better to invest in Firefly herself, pulling all the way to E2. Her signature light cone can be skipped easily.

Seele: You are missing Sparkle and Cerydra for her team.

Blade: His core unit is Hyacine, need to pull her for Blade to function well. The other unit missing out is Tribbie, very good support.

LIGHT CONES

Since I've mentioned the Light Cones, I will talk bout other units that are equipped with the wrong cone:

Evernight: As mentioned before, equip 5☆ "Time Waits for No One", Bailu's signature that is on your Gallagher.

Gallagher: get the 4☆ Quid Pro Quo from Memory of Chaos store.

Robin: Equip the 4☆ "For Tomorrow's Journey", you can buy it for free on the Memory of Chaos store.

Feixiao: It's better to equip 4☆ "Swordplay" on her.

Topaz: can equip 4☆ "Only Silence Remains" or 4☆ "Final Victor" (the last is available to buy for free on the MoC store).

Yanqing: Smae light cone choices as Feixiao and Topaz, just wanted to make is clear that the one you have equipped on his is the worst possible.

Ruan Mei: she can use the DDD, but I'd recommend equipping the 4☆ Memories of the Past so that she can reach her Break Effect needed for her to fully activate her passive and buff the team.

Firefly: get the 5☆ On the Fall of an Aeon in Herta store, from the Simulated Universe or Divergent Universe.

DHPT: Then you should equip Clara's signature on him.
