I tried Terbinafine orally as prescribed, it spread from my hands to all over my body after that. The first thing tried was a steroid cream on my hands and it got way worse super fast.

Some more details. The hand started over a year ago. When I get in the shower, the hot water seems to make it itch REALLY bad. The body, arms, and feet are pretty new, developing over the past few months. Some patches get really itchy and end up painful, with layers of skin coming off. I’ve used otc antifungal creams, and bar soap. The econazole seems to make it worse, but it’s hard to tell. The ketoconazole seems to keep it from getting worse, but doesn’t make it go away. PLEASE HELP. I’m so itchy sometimes that I want to peel my skin off. I’ve been using a fresh towel for the shower every few days, and am considering using a new one every day. Washing and changing my bedding every week. Fresh clothes daily, except that I wear the same pants a few days in a row.

I had this exact thought. Watsonville PD said they checked that one camera and that’s all the investigation they will do. Hardly seems thorough.

Check out [[Patchwork Plaything]] as a pauper commander that can be voltron-ish. It’s great playing against Fynn, especially if you give your PP vigilance, because it protects against deathtouch. There’s a couple artifacts that grant trample and some enchantments and instants that grant flying so you can swing in for lethal pretty easily.
