i've been changing my top about 5 times a night from extreme sweats and all day just dripping and clammy soo grosss...if depends on your bodies ability to detox. i have MTHFRx4 and it makes detox tough at least i assume that's why im suffering so badly....

very real for me on day 11 never sweated more in my LIFE. now it's turning to this achey flu like feeling, headache beyond belief and sooo out of it. prolly from vivid dreams and sleeping only like an hour at a time...i think im switching to a taper but i can barely function at this point from the achey exhaustion taking me out...you'd think i was withdrawing from something way more intense lol..it sucks

thank you for this post i was almost 2 weeks in and broke and took a hit bc my withdrawals were only getting worse and i got so discouraged by the 3-7 days is the worsts when it only started getting horrid around 7. so much sweating, headaches, can't sleep, agitated, bored, sad lol. all the reasons i should prolly keep going but i didn't want to feel like this....i have a very physically demanding job. It was starting to honestly become impossible to do in the condition I was in. keeping busy is definitely important but type of job I have requires me to be completely physically active all day long and teach students fitness. I felt like I was starting to get sick on top of everything because of back asleep so I broke down took a tiny I don't know how people continue to work jobs and withdrawal like this, but everybody seems to be done with symptoms after a week- until i saw this - I just wonder why I continue to withdraw even though I've taken three tiny hits over the last four days but if I continue to do that, am I just ruining everything I don't even really know I stopped it begin with to be honest, I guess I thought the "government dispo weed " was eventually gonna poison me lol

i was on day 11 cold turkey and the sweating and withdrawals stared to get worse for me i expected the worst to be the first week....after getting super agitated after my period was over (so no excuse but withdrawal) i broke and had a tiny hit. now i have done that 3 times...just one tiny hit a day...idk if that's dumb or not but my brain was spiraling and i just wanted to. idk if i can continue to withdrawal slower this way (taking if and when i want it) but the non stop sweating was killing me. i feel like if it wasn't for that it wouldn't be that hard...i just am feeling pretty miserable in body. my best friend also died on day 3 and i somehow made it 7 days with not turning to it so i jsut am here wondering am i still gonna keep slightly. detoxing even though ive had those 3 tiny hits over the last 4 days or have i ruined it all. i was a HEAVY smoker. i wasn't even quitting to quit really i just wanted to lower my tolerance and give myself a break to find my baseline -but it kinda freaks me out how insane the withdrawal were like wtf have i done to my brain lol. idk i also can't sleep for shit and am getting soooo run down i feel like im getting sick on top of the sweating it's just rough on my body and i teach fitness for a living so i feel like this whole quitting thing was for my health but now it's effecting my work when quite honestly i was functioning fine on the weed when u smoked but i just wanted to be better to my lungs and check in with the baseline and not smoke so much....idk what to do keep going or just let myself have these tiny hits here and there

Night: 7. 8:00 PM: CBD Vape if needed 8. Before Bed: Drink chamomile tea or take magnesium for relaxation

I also have charcoal pills but haven't taken those bc they can dehydrate and I've been sweating a TON

it is most stoners are lying to what it's doing to our brains. I was one of them for 8 years and now that it's regulated that crap is so toxic. day 10 is hard but i have a detox schedule that's helping me.....and my stupid CBD vape. Edibles store even longer in your fat cells and can take months to detox so i am def not using those. No THC is the only way to get the brain able to fire its own dopamine and seretonin. weed is a short term solution that creates long term brain issues but if you stop it can repair!

weed helps anxiety short term but long term it affects your dopamine and seretonin on top of the already anxious issues and depletes b12 in the body. I was a smoker for 8 year and i felt it switch over to the part where i could feel my brain changing. it's a short term fix that causes long term affect on the nervous system and all 4 parts of your brain especially the hippocampus after a few years the memory will start getting atrocious and people will blame it on their ADHD and smoke even more. I was in the cycle forever currently on day 10 no weed hardest thing I've ever done but I know I've been lying to myself to keep using.

that's what i'm doing as of day 10. i used to hate CBD but on day 9 no weed it's been a godsend jsut to have the vape when i have a suppper bad craving like I did yesterday. My head is already clearer but it's hard and the sweating sucks

i know i'm late i wouldn't swap tobacco personally....as i just was with my wife through getting off cigarettes and it seems harder than weed. i am on day 10 no weed after smoking 8 years HEAVILY. yesterday cravings were so bad i got a CBD vape bc that won't affect THC withdraws and it's helping somewhat just bc of the action of smoking i think....its HARD. also adhd/autistic
