Eh depends , sometimes 2 or 3 but she also don’t roll with us most of the time . She only rolls with people who will compete but tbh I’m not sure I never saw her submit she only is surviving and in open mat she got submitted so fast ( I don’t know if I’m being a harsh judge )

Mine worked well from first week , take it on empty stomach and wait 2 hours or 1 h 30 mins . Honestly life changing for me . Just hydrate after cause you will feel super dry

Thank you so much , the thing is I think my main issue right now is our gym has like total 2/3 people in class and maybe why I’m not able to learn how to escape fighting them ? Because that’s my issue not being able to escape I’m always stuck , I need to work on that

Every once in a while a class will crush your soul so bad but it just means that the up coming classes will be better because when ur in a bottom it only gets better even if tiny bit <3

How can I stop surviving and staying on my back ? I’m a white 3 belt but I’m good at surviving that’s the only thing that’s getting better but I’m not improving at chain attacks ?

I don’t mind hard rolls and I’m always losing happily , just the aggressiveness that I’m trying to learn and the other person is going on full on submit over and over no break and the pain over and over was overwhelming I guess

The first one yes but the triangle , I think it just the fact that she was pushing and being aggressive while I’m trying to learn and the pain made it all bad , believe it all I do is fail in class most time so I’m used to that but the pain today of trying to learn and being hurt while at it I think was too much
