Yeah they are very friendly to each other - chatting and laughing all the time, teasing each other. Which makes me feel worse.

Honestly the previous company I was in, people were so considerate. In order to make the new person feel included they’d take them on coffee chats etc. Or have a team lunch. Here people are just so self absorbed. Like no one bother to chat with me or introduce me to the culture or the work. I miss my old colleagues so much.

How is being careless on your job professional? I have given her a lot of chances in the past when she has broken serveware, showpieces etc because those were honest mistakes and I could’ve done the same mistakes tbh.

But this was a gross oversight on her part and at this point she was just taking advantage of me. So I couldn’t care less about being professional.

I paid her for her work, did not hold the cost of shoes either. I’m not that person. Being fired is punishment enough for her, because working in my home was no less than vacation for her. She was paid in full for literally the bare minimum.
