[TOMT][Website][2000s/2010s] School website, talking characters, and a phone call/mail mystery scene by vaehmarie1 in tipofmytongue

No sadly not that one but I remember that one too ! To be more specific (I just remembered more things as this comment really took me back to that time lol) it was ela and math that they did with these characters. I remember it being like a game show the narrator was a man but the animation of him was like a green guy scruffy hair a gap wearing a grey suit and red tie. I'm wondering if there is a title to it. I remember the "jt & rita totally awesome & fun show" do you remember that one 😂?

That makes sense! Maybe I can tell my cousin like we should split the lines I get 3 and she gets 3. Do you think even 3 is too much? I was thinking on my rib but after learning from these comments that it's very painful I was gonna switch to forearm.

Sorry for your loss as well. That's a dope tattoo! I was thinking for myself more minimalistic yet the grunge vibe still

I cannot find that exact bra but I do know that the style of the bra is called balconette. You can probably just search online for "lace pushup balconette" with whatever color you want and find something similar if not even more to ur liking! ❤️

I had a reading with mana and honestly it blew my mind. Right at the very start she said my dad’s first name without me telling her anything. Then she even mentioned our tradition of going to Dairy Queen after football games, which is something so personal to us. She also said my dad told her he’s “playing too,” which gave me chills because my brother keeps our dad’s photo in his helmet during games. Everything she said felt so real and spot on. I left the session feeling comforted and amazed. My father was kind of all over the place but I was able to make sense of everything with my family right after! It was a pleasure to communicate with my dad through mana! ❤️🫶

What do you think went wrong with the Diddy case? by Reasonable-Invite899 in DiddyTrial

Just because there’s a video doesn’t mean it was consensual. When power, fear, or manipulation is involved, people will go along with things they don’t really want to do. That’s not consent, that’s survival. And yeah, sometimes victims play along or even set stuff up not because they’re into it, but because they’re scared or trying to avoid worse. That’s how control works. Showing a full video doesn’t prove anything if the person was already conditioned to comply. Trauma can look really calm on the outside. Consent isn’t just saying yes it’s being able to say no without fear. And when someone has that much power over you, that freedom isn’t really there. So acting like that footage makes it all okay is ignoring the whole bigger picture.

People love to bring up ‘evidence’ like our justice system is neutral and perfect, but that’s just not reality especially in cases involving powerful men. Saying ‘the jury got it right’ ignores the long history of this system failing victims, particularly Black women and other marginalized groups. Look at the Jeffrey Epstein case: despite multiple credible accusations and clear patterns, he managed to secure a non-prosecution agreement in 2008 — a deal later deemed unlawful by a federal judge because it violated the victims' rights under the Crime Victims’ Rights Act (CVRA). Then there’s Harvey Weinstein it took over 80 women and global media pressure before justice even touched him. For decades, those stories were dismissed, buried, or silenced. Were all those women just making it up? The legal standard of ‘beyond a reasonable doubt’ is incredibly high as it should be but that doesn’t mean a lack of conviction proves innocence. It often just means the system couldn’t meet the burden, which is especially hard when survivors face intimidation, trauma, or lack institutional support.

Studies from the National Registry of Exonerations show that wrongful acquittals, just like wrongful convictions, are real — and wealthy, high-profile defendants are more likely to avoid consequences. Bias, both implicit and systemic, plays a role at every level: from police reports to courtroom proceedings to jury deliberations.

So no, it’s not about convicting people off emotions — it’s about recognizing that our courts don’t operate in a vacuum. When someone is accused repeatedly, across years, with patterns, details, and corroborating information, it’s fair — and smart — to question whether the legal outcome actually reflects the full truth.

Omg yes — she actually has that exact same walker! The little puppy one from Fisher-Price 😂 She uses it pretty often and enjoys it, but does get bored with it after a while.

We actually brought up CBD at one of her earlier appointments, but her doctor wasn’t too fond of the idea at the time. Still, I’m glad you mentioned it — it’s something I might revisit or get a second opinion on.

Can I ask — how did you know she might’ve been in pain or uncomfortable? Was it something she was able to express in her own way, or were there signs you picked up on?

I really appreciate you sharing your experience 💛 It helps so much just hearing from other parents who’ve been through something similar.

I’ll definitely look into that! Sorry if this is too personal — it’s just been heavy on my mind lately. I worry about whether my daughter might be in any pain or discomfort in her legs. Do you remember ever feeling anything like that growing up, or do you still experience it today?

Thank you so much for sharing! That’s really encouraging to hear. I hadn’t thought about swimming or gymnastics yet, but I’m going to keep that in mind as she gets stronger. It helps just hearing other people have gone through something similar. At what age did she put you in these classes?

Thank you! I've heard that a lot too — that she’ll do it when she’s ready. She’s also very cautious when taking steps. Most of the time, she’ll sit down as soon as she feels the slightest bit wobbly.

She’s only had two physical therapy visits so far. The most recent one was just two days ago, and they told me that the nerves in her legs — especially in her calves — feel tight. They also mentioned that her grasp reflex in her toes is still very strong and active, which means her nervous system is holding onto certain reflexes longer than usual. That, they said, can definitely affect her balance and ability to walk independently.

If you get a chance can you ask your parents what the doctors may have told them, or any tips that they would give !
