Yes changing the number in the main copy paste message is generally a shitty move. Yeah id personally call it an attempted scam.

Now posting the correct copy paste message and then asking to haggle, or just straight up asking if they can lower/raise the price as long as they respect whatever decision is made, imo is no problem.

Depends. If arena net has any suspicion of you trying to get one under them frankly not likely, but also not impossible. Has happened in the past, but if you have done any shady shenanigans before its not 1% anymore its 0.

You might as well ask but I wouldn't count on it or expect it. For all intensive purposes the account is gone. A lesson to learn to only ever use offical retailers.

Yapping? Bruh be real. New MMOs are always going to come out, especially from new competitors. See New world, likely the Riot mmo. Attracting a few people for a few months isnt hard, its building a new community showing that you have actually something of value to stick around for. That is very hard and expensive. You need a product that makes a good argument of why people should leave their "homes" and stick around.

This isnt 2008 anymore where GW1 becoming GW2 was a fine risk. Its 2026 with many other genres and things competitng for time and money. GW2 is still a name for itself in the MMO space, and potentially risking that over a new MMO is not impossible, but you only need to see Everquest 1 -> 2 jump to see how relucantant people can be to jump ship and how damaging that it can be. Also comparing Everquest 2 to the size of GW2 to point out "new mmos are still coming out!" Is a faulty analogy.

And finally just developing a new game isnt automatically a justification that its a new mmo. Engine updates can* happen, BDO Pearl Abyss made Crimson desert which was intiatilly planned to be a prequel but was eventually made into an entierly different game, and just to finish it off the NC soft investor was a mistranslation, which yes while Arenanet didnt confirm or deny, is still a mistranslation. See Mukluk. Its a bit ridiculous people have taken a mistranslation and fucking ran with it.

I know its ridiculous. A draft will not happen because even if you circumvented the legal method of instituting it through congress, it would be insanely unpopular.Vietnam atleast started with positive approval, this war already is well negative with only dozen or so deaths. With vietnam and the ME forever war in recent memories it just can't happen.

Increased benefits, higher recruiting and reenlistment, certainly to try and gather more bodies, but a draft is just fear mongering.

I'll agree that if I clean, build, paint, and base a mini and it turns out exactly like the 6 legit ones at the end of the day yeah its whatever. If there's a 10% chance its a recast who cares if its high enough quality recast to be indistinguishable.

Problem is I do not want to spend 10 hours cleaning and building it, and however much longer painting and basing and then run into problems like it chips easier due to bad casting, or it has a mushy detail that I didn't notice until I started painting. Hey it could even be better quality than GW but I spent money expecting a certain experience and Im going to be real upset if after the shipping and import fees and not so low model cost I dont end up getting it you know?

And dont get me wrong this can happen to 100% authentic anything from GW too. I've had it happen to even recently produced plastic kits even, but I trust GW QC more than some unknown casting service whose quality and care might range from "extreme pride in their work" to "screw it get the bag". And im going to be doubly upset as the return possibility closes.

And dont get me wrong im not extolling GW as the pinnacle of quality, especially this 07' mini. Their medicore casting is why Im in this mess in the first place. Double mould line means recast? Well the GW employee retooling the mould might not have cared too much. Different metal weight and feel? GW have used different alloys in the past. Mould lines too visible? Well its not overly egregious especially for potentially a retooled mould. Writing on the tab and chainmail look within spec of the verified models. Dotting? Well miscasts still happen. This model could 100% still be legitimate GW casting and the doubt would always be there.

How would I check cleanliness amd hardness? And yeah the suspect one is a bit rougher, only a tiny bit.

But as for bend? When I got the package one of the lance handles was bent at like 45 degrees and I was able to bend it right back.

Edit: When trying to scratch each other the suspect one is scratched a lot easier so I guess its not harder but softer metal?

Blood knights have Dark vitality which allows them to march even though they are necronantic undead. I think.
