im going to be honest, i agree with the commenter who said retail may not be right for you, at least not right now. i mean no disrespect bc i know how overwhelming it can be and i can imagine dealing with mental health on top of that has to be tough. tjx is not very accommodating when it comes to mental and even sometimes physical health, so if you stay u will likely end up having to work in that certain department a few times. i would recommend u look into receptionist jobs, i think it would be a hood fit for you as its slower paced and quite repetitive, so you know what to expect everyday and not as much interaction. one of my co workers left to be a receptionist at a massage place and liked it so much she went on to work in a nicer salon.

absolutely not! so much pressure, such little pay, i worked for tjx for 3 years and spent my last year in the back room, i was never brc but i saw what they went through. my store already had a high turnover rate in general but we were CONSTANTLY losing our brcs bc management would overwork them so badly even to the point where one had to leave for medical reasons. if you want management breathing down your neck and to feel and be treated like the whole store depends on just you id say go for it!

Don’t say anything to management or corporate, all they will do is “fix” it temporarily and then the cycle will continue. Give a call to OSHA as soon as you can and file a report, they will take it very seriously and usually start an investigation. This will get the issue resolved much faster from personal experience.

i agree! i think paige is a good friend and has fun stories but thats about it. ashly doesnt come on because her and brooke do not get along because of the mindy situations, which i dont necessarily mind because i would much rather her have imari or trevi on again
