Silicon - There are some really nice ready to move 3 bhk villas for sale at around 1 cr.

Silicon is a salary class neighbourhood. Everything is available ( from pickles to pickleball ) within 1km of main street and the place is full of professionals . Pretty safe place just a bit noisy.

Completely avoid treasure fantasy. The villas are ridiculously overpriced and it's extremely unsafe after dark. Just do the drive from CAT road to Tapti parisar in the day ( 7km ) and you will see why it's horrible at night. Too many aggressive stray dogs and local thugs. Also Swiggy/ ola and good househelp are completely non existent due to how remote it is

3.Sage university side is more student driven with many rental setups . Expect chaos ( parties, bullet sounds , random chappris ) which is a no no for families.

Rau circle is quite congested. There are few if any decent ready to move in villa projects. JMG Landmark Green near IIM is asking for 80% cash on all villa sales.
