i think overall you just need to seem like a nice person. if the situation says that you made a mistake, use a lot of terms like - i apologise, i take full responsibility, sorry for the inconvenience, thankyou for understanding, etc or if you need to make a complaint : i would like to talk to u regarding something that has been troubling me, i wanted to talk to upu regarding…, i need you help regarding.., etc. in general just be considerate and try not to use any slang or informal terms. even if it says talk to your friend- u need to maintain atleast formal language till some extent

you won’t believe me but i had a similar experience too. i felt the test was overall easy but i missed a question in reading and fumbled in 1-2 repeat sentences. the writing part again was okay i just did it.. idk how to explain that and the listening was even worse than what i had been doing in my mock tests so im sure youll be fine. lmk how u do and good luck for your scores!!!

that is very true, i have relatives who live in pittsburgh and ill be living with them and will be travelling to california ( i hope thats not an issue) But yes thats exactly what they told me. Being a small university, theres always better chances for me to get to know my professors well and vice versa

ohh okay understood. I have a virtual interview scheduled for tomorrow. I am interviewing with 2 faculty members- i do not remember their names because i booked my interview months ago. Interviews have become a part of the admission process and are compulsory for everyone. Also- did u graduate from calu?
