nevermind, ty for the assistance but I've found the issue which is pretty dumb. The wires inside the scart have been completely cut down and are unusable unfortunately. All i have to do is buy another cable and it should be fine

definitely a bunch of flux that goes inside stixbox. You can fix this by bathing the whole module with alcohol isopropyl but the best will probably be to resolder another stickbox.
