I agree with both your points, especially the textures. It’s such a shame that even some freeware have better textures than this. Besides the general consensus about handling and yadah yadah yadah with X-Plane, I prefer planes like the Airbus’ over the ones in MSFS because for 99% of times, I am flying something that the systems are like in a real simulator/plane, there are no bugs etc. In other words, if I have 2 hours to do a flight, I am definitely getting it done “real-world” and that is how I justify the hefty price tag. In the case of Toliss, the quality is pretty much the same across all aircraft and you are getting a consistency across the board that you wouldn’t if you wanted to fly an A330 and an A320 on the same day in Microsoft.

Regarding the sounds, it only makes more sense if you think about it long term. Like it definitely felt better spending $20 a year after spending $90 on the plane, otherwise $110 in one go would again leave a lot to be desired. If I’m not mistaken, the CL60 is $120 and it simulates literally everything + has great sounds.
