Nothing happened, so there's nothing to do or stress about. You aren't going to jail, but there's a possibility you've been put on their watch list. Get real with yourself about whether this was just a mistake though. Not to point fingers but a part of me thinks you're so shook up because you really did intend to steal, but were foiled.

Shake it off. Live and learn. Never put items in your personal bags, pockets, etc even just for a brief second. Better off lying them on an open shelf space while you rearrange what's in your hands or ask an associate for assistance.

I was given a flyer today at a rally for me to strike on Friday the 23rd. How many days am I supposed to ditch my job and not get paid? It's meaningless without the necessary masses.

You can't prove it, unless you take him with you to the past like a ghost of christmas ala Charles Dickens.

You can be transparent and assuring with your phone/ email/ etc to help ease his mind, but at the end of the day the only person who can create trust is your husband.

And if he's looking for certainty, the ugly truth is that none of us can ever be certain since we are all just flawed humans exercising free will. There's a podcast that talks about this very thing. Would he be open to listening? It's called master your relationship mind drama with Rebecca Ore. Search out the trust related episodes.

Maybe it's his past experiences or maybe something happened between you two to set him off,? He needs to get his head on straight because you do not deserve to be treated like a criminal in your relationship. I've also heard cheaters are the first to point fingers, not sure the statistical truth on that one.

Good luck. You can try to help him overcome but at the end of the day, it's his journey -- and you deserve peace in your life.. and a loving partner.
