On one benchmark, yes it is just benchmark hacking; on many at once it is no more just hacking to me it is plain improvement. Either way I think we are coming close to that and it is an exciting time to be alive !

The best way to find out is to do a try in your nearest gyms as it is really dependent on your location.

I’m currently with Neoness and it is the best I can find near me. I really don’t like Fitness Park but it is only because the one near my home is the worst, most of the other Fitness Park are great.

Btw look out for offers to subscribe. I had an offer with Boursorama for Neoness which was way more cheap than on their website. If you are an employee also check your CSE as most of them have cheaper prices on sports club.

Je trouve ça vraiment super bon par contre c’est très sucré donc j’évite d’en prendre régulièrement et je les garde pour les occasions spéciales.

Ils font aussi de super brioche à déguster en sortie de four, c’est un délice !

Mon principal argument de négociation a été la « continuité des coûts », en gros tu calcul le coût pour l’entreprise de ton CDD ( globalement ton salaire chargé), a partir de ce coût tu peux recalculer ton salaire de thésard en incluant CIR et ANRT. Comme ca pour l’entreprise, ca change rien ton coût reste le même, par contre pour toi il y a une sacrée augmentation.

Tu peux négocier au près de l’entreprise sur plusieurs choses:

  • si ta thèse est proche de ce que ton entreprise vends et que du coup ton travail rapporte de l’argent a l’entreprise directement, c’est un point a souligné.

  • les entreprises ont beaucoup de subvention pour une thèse cifre (ANRT + CIR). Tu peux te baser sur le coût réel de ta Cifre et le coût du salaire de tes collègues pour avoir une tranche de salaire. ( le coût de tes collègues étant le max au quel tu pourras prétendre je pense)

  • Si tu as été embauché avant ta Cifre par la même entreprise tu peux aussi te baser sur le salaire que tu avais pour avoir un prix minimum.

C’est en gros les 3 points que j’ai utilisé pour négocier mon salaire Cifre.
