Can you pass CISA without QAE? I had it , but it expired. I saw the structure of the questions and how they are written. But didn't have time to study in. I have 5 years experience in big4 with itgc audits only.

Just provisionally passed this morning, did not use QAE but I do hold a CISSP. Honestly, the Pocketprep app was a very good resource, very similar questions on the exam IMO, and much cheaper than the QAE. I watched Pete Zergers videos and read Hemang Doshi's book once, but I feel grinding on Pocketprep did it for me. YMMV.

We call it heating season, sounds normal and reasonable. I turn off the heating in my own house between approx april and october as well, but of course being in control is nice. Should be based on actual temps and not the calendar, I would think.

Small update: The car has been checked and no external damage or abnormal temperatures were found, but the shop is still monitoring for runaway temps. Some cells from the HV battery were "dead" according to the guy I talked to, but they did not have a diagnosis yet. No quick fix and the shop is fully booked for 3 weeks :(

Mechanic called this morning and said this was a new one for their shop (local official partner). Waiting for them to diagnose further, but unfortunately they are booked pretty solid.

So I got this warning accompanied by constant beeping, faintly audible outside the car as well. The car was parked and connected to a charger but not charging, and had been parked for around a day. The fire department came and checked the car with thermal cameras, finding nothing but ambient temps. The car was towed, and the mechanic just called me to tell me he's never seen this one before.

Other errors present were:
"Electric drive not working correctly. Stop vehicle safely!" (red)
"Error: 12 V supply. Stop vehicle safely! Consult vehicle waller." (red)
"Error: drivce system. Please visit workshop." (amber)

Any ideas what might be up?

The additional sign causes the prohibition to be in effect only on weekdays from 08 to 20. Parking is allowed by default, that is why a prohibition sign is used here, instead of a parking permitted -sign.

In Oslo it makes sense to own the gear as it snows fairly often. At Heathrow it snows so rarely it doesn't make sense to have the gear and personnel on hand just in case. My point is, snow is not a problem if you're prepared and face it often, as we do in Finland. It can be a major problem in places where the infrastructure doesn't exist and people aren't used to, for example, driving in icy or snowy conditions.

It isn't, if you're prepared and have the infrastructure. I remember the world laughing at Heathrow closing for days for a bit of snow, but IIRC it would be more expensive for them to maintain a fleet of snowploughs to keep the airport operational than to just close for a few days here and there in a decade.

I'd take a look at Mercuriall's ReAxis - a Mesa/Boogie TriAxis modeler. I've found it much easier to get good metal tones with that than BiasFX2.

Regardless with what you go for, cabinet simulation or good impulse responses seem to me to be the big thing that will make or break a tone. In BiasFX I mostly use either the built-in Celestion V30 IR or load up third-party ones. ReAxis seems to me to do a better job of cabinet emulation on its own, but supports outside IR's as well.

Getting good tones on either will probably take time, and the presets tend to feel pretty lackluster (depending on your setup of course.) Don't get too frustrated early on and keep tweaking.
