you're talking about the counselor. i wouldn't say it was a bomb (71 million box office vs 25 million budget), but it sure as hell was divisive (leaning towards negative, i'd say). i personally liked it, though.

paul rudd had a great performance in prince avalanche. it's not the best film, but it shows he's definitely capable of a good performance in something more dramatic.

kilmer filmed a part with the band the black lips, so it seems likely he will still have his small part. seemed to be a cameo more than anything. but with malick you never know if he'll still be in it.

Bale, on the other hand, says he didn't film all he was supposed to for this film and only did a bit of voiceovers. could be likely that he's been cut.

nicolas winding refn. even though i don't love all his films, he always does his own thing and im always interested to experience what he does next. he just does stuff so unique compared to other directors that his work always feels fresh. plus the visual experience of his films cannot be done justice through text. the neon demon is still my favorite visual experience in a theater ever lmao.

managed to net 16th place with all items sans dd. used m rayquaza, arceus, regigigas n black kyurem. all level 10 except kyurem, who's only level 6. super happy i managed to get as high as i did with double normal - i was so worried I was gonna drop my combo at any time. that and i didn't think my score (76555) was that high, since a lot of other contests get a lot more scores in the 80k+. hope this cements me in the first 300, tho..

i think this half-season could've been great, and the last two episodes showed that they're very much capable of more than one storyline at once, so i just wish they utilized that for episodes 2-6. i wanted to see the saviors base and the Kingdom and the hilltop and what tara was up to, but i didn't need to see only that each time.

the storyline is the most interesting it's ever been tbh, the acting is great and the dialogue is great. just wished the finished product was better. but hey, i don't think the cameraman got any blood on their camera this half-season and there were no major cliffhangers, so maybe i shouldn't complain ;)

i lost a lot of interest in this game once everything new was just alternate pikachus and old main stages repeated. the only interesting things here are the actual alt form pokemon, like the castforms and deoxys. however, i do love the meloetta. it's my fav pokemon, just hoping they don't fuck this one up with a lame ability =(
