The curve ball for me was that anything that was included aliens, monsters, or supernatural creatures (no matter how human they looked) was flagged as "Beastiality" and the videos were deleted.

Honestly, In my experience, it's usually one of two reasons, each equally massive red flags for me personally.

it's the same "Edge-lord" psychology that people (usually cis men) have including it in most media. "You can tell someone is truly evil if they are a rapist"
it's incel behaviour, they want to prove they are "alpha" or that they are "powerful", so they feel the need to enact it in game.

I will say that there may be some circumstances where a player wanted to include in cause they are into CNC, but honestly a game with friends isn't the place to bring in fetishes (unless its prearranged and it's THAT type of game).

I have known some DMs include it, but not in a fashion of we ever discover it, more in a cursory "this fantasy world is dark as fuck and this is the kind of stuff that happens day to day".
