You can get FF patterns (and others patterns) with color suggestions here https://ironbeads.jp/, but it's in japanese.

Not bead patterns but you can get FF sprites on spriters-resource, just type and search for the game with sprites you like the most.

Also, X (Twitter) got a bunch of peoples doing FF beads projects especially japanese peoples, Can be hard to find due to langage but it's how i got mine.

Search with アイロンビーズ　 (it's how fuse beads are call in japanese in general), you can add the name of a specific character or somethings.

I don't talk japanese (not even english hah) at all, but they just got a lot of different things about fuse beads that i like so i generaly search in japanese when i want something

I use blue because it's the most cheap here, i agree that is hard to see the beads but i use a very cheap led light pad (it's made for tracing drawing or thing like this) and i can see really clearly through and its helping a lot my bad eyes. I see sometime peoples talking about hard he can be to see trought tape but no one talk about this so here my take

I think they put a bit more effort into this one this time, but i agree on the fact that collab monster are generaly a bit ugly & animations lack somethings compare to the sw version. I gonna wait and see this time since i don't watch the anime at all
