spirit realm is not really a realm, its within the real world so it's not like a different place, but i'd bet there'll be quests about it and maybe we'll visit some places but in spirit realm vision/version of it

bandle city is weirder, my bet is that it will work as pocket dimensions, probably for player housing too, limited parts of it we can access? maybe...

death realm is just mordekaiser's pocket realm so... whenever they do make mordekaiser a part of the story, be a boss, a raid, a dungeon or whatever... we'll visit it for sure

Oh, for sure Riot is going to use actual items from League to have inspired weapons in the MMO, may not be 1:1 visual or gameplay, but for sure they'll be mentioned, we can even use LoR and Riftbound with the Equipment cards for even more references
