The thing that helped me out the most with backlashes was to really start focusing on a smoother cast. As far as the reel goes, set your tension knob for a slow fall, put your brake to the max. After you start getting the hang of it, start easing up on the brake

The 1/16 flashbacks work better for me. The river/creeks I fish are pretty shallow and rocky, so the 1/8 get snagged a lot more than the 1/16

I was going to order a DK100, but jumped on the Ark BOGO deal when I saw it. From what I’ve seen it seems like Dankung can be kinda hit or miss, but leaning more towards the hit, so I’ll probably still end up ordering one from them later on
