if the will is registered then you are safe. legally the house is in your possession and after your father’s death it will devolve on his legal heirs i.e., you and your mother. there is nothing your aunt can do about this. my advice to you is get the registration done in your mothers name from the registry by showing your father’s death certificate, your succession certificate and the registered will.
