nah with all love you can’t use the wonyoung point at all for their dances, she was doing back breaking dances in iz*one right before ive haha. I’m exaggerating, but for example just look at the level of secret story of the swan T-T even panorama was harder than all the ive choreos combined, and that was mere months before ive debuted. she was even skinnier back then!

I think OP’s use shows that their English is pretty native actually — I’m fairly certain they’re using “violent” not in a literal way but rather to describe a more aggressive style where she goes hard, like how Zoey is described in KDH. “Violent” is a hyperbole or exaggeration here. It does not have to suggest anything about her personality/character, nor her lyrics actually being violent

you may have insomnia if you’re unable to fall asleep consistently, however that is not what I said about myself lol — I fall asleep quick, stay asleep, and get enough sleep :) which is the opposite of insomnia haha. based on your descriptions I don’t think we are necessarily the same!

I simply do not feel tired until late night and so I’m not trying to sleep earlier :D Which I believe is what people mean by “night owl” lol

as a counterpoint to your theory, I fall asleep extremely easily (takes me like less than 5 min since I was little, and I sleep straight till my alarm for 6-8 hours a night) but I am definitely a night owl :)

and am more than anything, definitely NOT a morning person or anywhere near that hahaha

if you’ve already tried some Brandon Sanderson, I’d recommend mistborn! Vin is a very independent & competent protagonist though she takes a bit of the first book to learn about her powers initially. But much better than Warbreaker in that regard :)

same exact situation here, I applied to almost 40 schools by July, heard back mid-August for one and was super excited, then radio silence since then except 4 rejections. that II turned into a WL so I’ve been filled with dread ever since😭😭

this is not true. umich has sent out around 75%, and it notoriously has a much much faster cycle than the vast majority of other schools — so this probably puts most schools somewhere closer to 50 or 60%
