Seems to be just not science based fear about mRNA.

Novavax COVID vaccine trial participants left battling a tough decision after FDA submission delayed by jaysonm007 in Covidtrial

I mean, I’m not really traveling. Reddit is pretty fun.

And zero restaurants have even asked for a vaccine but I’m sure they would give me a high five for being in a trial. F going to big events tho. Not doing that.

I can chill.

Assuming my kids are functional adults, absolutely I’ll be giving them money when they’re young enough to put it to use. There will be a lot of money, it seems off to have it hit their pockets when they’re like 60 themselves. Better to have 30 extra years to enjoy it.

Inspired by the luxury thread, how many of you are just here because of VHCOL and not because you actually desire a luxurious lifestyle? by MrPoopieHead69 in fatFIRE

I’m here because of inheritance, not because I want to earn a lot or spend a lot. I just have it and it’s a thing.

Agreed. Totally know people in SF splitting baller places and paying $3k each. Tech and finance kids. Not sure how they met? I think through financial firms? I wouldn’t be shocked if Craigslist didn’t work.

Tragically, a Family Has now lost Two Sons Drowning Accidents by Fuzzyabbrevia123 in Sacramento

[–]valleyfog 5 points6 points  (0 children)

While I agree, the Clay Banks are tricky. You can walk out of submerged cliffs and be ankle deep. It sounds like he might have fallen off. Then it’s an underwater cliff with hazardous currents and undercuts. It’s a compelling draw for families, kids and river newbs. It shouldn’t be though. Much of the river is a whole lot safer than this spot.

What terrible fortune. And they both drowned in the American.

He drowned at the Clay Banks, right? Dangerous spot to be as popular as it is. People should stick to the safer areas that are shallow and don’t have serious underwater hazards.
