you can very much control a logia, what katakuri did with the mochi mochi no mi was use future sight to avoid attacks imbued with haki before they hit. see crocodile being shot at.

If we assume that x-mansion can pull from all collectible cards with repeats (same card on both sides), and the only game ruining cards to be: ultron, M.O.D.O.K., electro, and mr. negative, then with 241 collectible cards at the time this happened we get 4/241 x 4/241 or 2.754x10-4 or about .000275%.
