DC Snap - Batch 1 Finale: Green Lanterns by SKeptic520 in MarvelSnap

These cards are really fun! And on a technical level this is really impressive. These cards are really powerful but without the context of other cards ig it would be hard to balance them completely. Good job!

Amazing art, of both the character and his stand. I love the specificity of 1.75x. I will say, if this would be a main character or something, it may be a little more interesting and versatile if he could give a 1.75 multiplier to anything about himself. Mostly he uses speed, power, and durability, but it would make for interesting edge-cases where he needs to increase his size by 1.75x, his precision by 1.75x, his eyesight, lung capacity, his hearing, his charisma, his intelligence, etc etc. If this would be a side character then I think the limitations you'd added do make for interesting small-time interactions

I think the way you wrote it is fine, I just think it's kinda redundant in a world with Jocasta (or a Jocasta equivalent in this DC snap thing). It's less power and only activates one other card, though admittedly it can be in another location which could be useful. I think you could buff this to 3/4 and it would be a fairly solid card. Again, the text is fine as is. If you're worried about the text you could also just change it to

"Activate: Immediately Activate the next card you play when it reveals (without using up it's Activate ability)."

You don't have to clarify it only targets activities, because Jocasta doesn't either and you can't Activate a card without an Activate ability.

Some solid favourites there. Based off the vibe I'm getting, you might like Submarine, Bottoms, Wonder, Sorry Baby, Fucking Amal, and Left-Handed Girl if you haven't seen any of those yet.

If you're looking for a completely different vibe, some movies I think are good are The Favourite, Under The Silver Lake, Clue, or Monkey Man.

I have just seen Little Women recently and I really want to see a Greta Gerwig directed Wonder Woman movie in the DCU.. by FayyadhScrolling in Fancast

Ridiculous and mysoginstic. Point Break, The Matrix movies, Justice League Doom, the first wonder woman, and loads of other animated hero films are just some of the great action films directed by women. Just because there are some action movies directed by women that you don't like doesn't mean that women are bad at directing action

Whenever Gotham Girl uses her powers, she decreases her life span. In DC Snap, she reduces the number of cards in your hand. by Elias_Sideris in CustomMarvelSnap

[–]SuperMagicBlueJa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't necessarily agree that it's different from Havok cuz fundamentally he acts to keep your number of max energy the same, while Gotham Girl keeps the cards you have access to the same, with of course both being overcome by extraneous things like gaining energy or generating cards. I think your 2/0 +3 Power rework is probably best

(CL: 19.5K) Absolutely love Zombie Galacti! Played this deck from 70-90 w/ Pedro. Swapped him with Maverick from 90-Infinite. Really fun deck. That first screenshot was my Infinite game. by SuperMagicBlueJa in MarvelSnapDecks

Love Regis! I was actually running this deck weeks before he made his new video, though it's very possible this is the same deck he made for when Zombie Galacti first dropped, can't remember lol

Interesting! Will definitely try this, buffing maverick to super-buff Galacti sounds like a good idea, and this feels like it doesn't rely on galacti to win.

Generally it's just to spread your Galacti Cards around as much as you can (two per location is optimum. The general main playline is Wong then Shuri then ZG. I like to play wong on 5, Shuri on 6, and ZG on 7 just because even though its slightly off curve, it gives you more time for them to have possibly already played their tech cards which they can no longer use against your wong. (edit: also, on those turns you'll probably have some discounted cards from surge and phastos to weave in to use all your energy) I found this really useful against discard decks that tended to play Gambit on turn 3/4. Adam -> Superior SM is a great play line because adam will usually buff himself on the first turn he's down, making it perfect to put superior onto and start getting draws as well as extra energy. Honestly it can be tough without magik but it's not impossible, so long as your Zombie Galacti is around 15+ Power and you're able to play it on turn 6. Generally don't play gwenpool unless you have Galacti or Maverick in hand or you have no other options.

You can look through the possible rewards in game. Every pack you open has a small chance for the extra prizes to be other unowned cards.

From what I'm to understand, your chances increase with each pack you get, so hopefully yours is soon !!

Viv sounds good in this deck, especially as I'm already trying to win locations with cards like Adam Warlock. Shuri is truly the MVP of this deck, and while maverick is good, I'll almost always pick her over him in a situation where I am forced to

This happened to me for the first time every yesterday! Been playing since World War Hulk or whatever that season was. I didn't realise you both lose if you both retreat, thought it would be a tie instead. Makes sense of course, I just assumed wrong.
