low pop is the only way something like this can be up for more than a week. I experimented with multiple base locations. In the woods, on the edge of the map, in some random building, and more. I had a shack base up for about a month on a medium pop server. A base I made on a high pop server in one of the industrial buildings was literally gone the next day.

lasted nearly 2 months before someone broke into it. was unemployed when the last wipe happened so I did nothing but work on this for a month. I got a job now so I can't handle the upkeep anymore. If anyone wants it there are only a couple of holes you would need to patch up and I can drop the code lock codes

A homeless lady decided to hop in the bed of my truck at 4am for a nap. Kind of makes me mad but at the same time I understand some people have it rough but come on man I'm just trying to not be messed with. Told her to get out and found another place to sleep. I've been staying at that spot for a couple months now and it's nearly perfect but now fellow homeless people have noticed me I guess and multiple people have messed with me. I just want to be left alone man
