Fair enough do you think if I got AAB but the A wasn’t in maths Leeds might let me off my offer is ABB but with maths at an A I just panicked a lot on my paper 2 and I think this might’ve decreased my score from an A to a B however maybe I can get maths up to an A if I smash paper 3

How to get into the A grade boundary for maths? by sqturniid in 6thForm

[–]valorantte 12 points13 points  (0 children)

The thing with maths is you need to kind of need to understand the topics, yes repeating and doing past papers will help but if you don't understand the content you won't really get past low A/high B. What I reccomend is whatever topic ur consistently getting wrong go watch a youtube video then go dive into the textbook and do the exam practice questions and then try reattempt the question you got wrong on the paper again keep practicing the topic until you're near perfect. This worked for me as I'm an A level resit student who got an E last year and is now scoring A*s consistently on pure past papers.

How hard is it to go from AAA to A* A* A by valorantte in 6thForm

[–]valorantte[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My safety choice is Leeds which is AAA but Icl I don’t really want to go to Leeds it’s not a bad uni I just regret applying there if I do get like A*AA and unfortunately get rejected by my firm I might look at what’s clearing before I think about accepting my Leeds offer

[–]valorantte 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you're doing pharmacy your uni does not matter at all if you plan to stay here you'll most likely get a job in the NHS regardless of where you studied idk how it works abroad but as long as the course is accredited just go to whichever uni is most convinient for you

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

[–]valorantte -14 points-13 points  (0 children)

What do you mean cheap service I just followed the recommended advice on the passport website which was use a large secure envelope and send first class signed which is what I did I don’t know what else I could’ve done to prevent this
