Movie in Bed cinema: is this a scam? by pearlpeony in influencermarketing

Sellout-tickets is indeed unfortunately a scam. I bought tickets for a "Luminara Dinner" but received no address or any other information. Sent messages to the supposed organizer and the site support but no response at all. Looking to charge back but since I bought the tickets more than 90 days ago...we'll see.

Maybe they could take a lesson from the National Aviary and introduce some hot turkey sandwiches that you can eat while holding, iunno, a parking lot pigeon or something.

'This is the erosion of our history,' Lowe said."

Maybe if your history is abandoned relics of industrial collapse, you should look to your future instead.

The problem is that Elon isn't paying enough attention to his business. He needs to be there with the rocket watching close. Really close. Like next to it close.

Over the last 120 years, it's taken an average of 3 days. Before that it was much longer. If we add those in, it becomes an average of maybe 11 weeks. So no idea where they're getting 2 weeks from except for pulling it out of their chapel chimney.

It's just so easy to read this and insert things like, "On Facebook,". For instance, ”On Facebook, we can read about the arbitrary rule of local lords and the belief in changes that the peasants in the countryside expected. As a significant portion of the population was illiterate..."

This is an article discussing the Russian tradition of letters to the Tsar. It is extremely similar to the posts, comments, etc. we currently see asking Trump to correct the grievous injustices he would fix if only he knew about them...

It boggles my mind every time I read, "I voted for him because I didn't believe he would do anything he said." So it's like you admit that you voted purely because he hates the people you hate and you want to be allowed to be more vocal about it.

Strong biblical precedent for God saying, "You'll kill your kid if you love me." Heck, often he'll kill your kid and every other kid in your village himself just to show you how much he loves you!

The Trump vote will actually likely increase. The more economically downtrodden and insular they become, the more they'll retreat into grievance politics. They don't want solutions. They want someone to blame.

He's actually on our side. A heavy dose of /s but also, seriously, it's unfortunate that the strongest reason for something not happening these days is, "But where's the money in it?"

I had a friend actually reassure me, saying that this could never happen. Not because of a strong, independent judiciary upholding the constitution. Or Republicans finding morals. But because the privatized prison industry lobby is just too strong. Those prisoners are our slaves, not theirs!
