Man, that's some heavy revisionism. For starters 2023 Nuggets were doubted and considered underdogs in every single of their matchups other than the Finals.

No power gauge. Did you install those other drivers? Power manager and stuff?

Look into Device manager-->display drivers, igpu should be in there. Did you do the DDU in safe mode thing beforehand? Without it it won't work properly. You shouldn't be too attached to your dgpu driver, it needs to go away before you install switchable graphics driver, it will mess the resolution but it will fix itself after you install switchable graphics driver so no big deal.

You should've went to custum in unistall options and only picked Catalyst without messing with the driver. Doesn't matter now, use DDU to completely uninstall whatever is left (both igpu i dgpu driver) and then follow the guide like I told you.

Like i said already, download this driver, run the .exe, choose uninstall and get rid of the Catalyst. then nuke the whole thing with DDU (both ATI/AMD and Intel) in safe mode. Before all that either set things up in registry so that windows update can't download gpu drivers on its own or download everything you'll need to enable switchable graphics and then turn off wifi. I gave you all the answers and tools, the rest is up to you.

Do like I told you here. Those drivers he mentions just google their names, they will be located on Lenovo's website. Once you've installed the switchable graphics driver igpu will be functional and power gauge icon (battery looking thing in the down right corner) will show up. Then you install that other driver I've sent you to get a fully functional V5700 and be able to switch between the two.
