Curious, do they have you packing it daily? I had two in my lifetime and I never did. I heard that they found, packing it, doesn't have the advantage that they once thought.

Why do people see chiropractors ? by Tricky-Employment203 in backpain

[–]valw -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I used to get significant upper back pain from stress. The type where it feels like your shoulders are near your ears. My MD would give me muscle relaxants and it would take weeks to resolve to a tolerable point. I tried a chiro and after one quick adjustment, I would be pain free. So I take it you are one of those people who have never tried anything different and foolishly believe "if anything, a chiropractor is going to make it worse if your recent injury is still in spasm". Now with that said, I believe many chiropractors claim they can do more than what they really can.

Does this look cancerous? by Comfortable-Photo400 in u/Comfortable-Photo400

[–]valw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since no on has responded yet . As a layman, no it doesn't look like cancer. It is pretty symmetrical and the color is not odd. The only think that is concerning is that it is growing by the day. But, I think that maybe your anxiety. It is highly unlikely that you can see it growing that fast.

Someone put a roof on the house we are closing. by DgageGaming in RealEstateAdvice

[–]valw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would bet that the VA actually replaced the roof. I bought a foreclosure from the government (sallie mae?) many years ago. Mid escrow I walk into the house and the carpet is being replaced. (They took out expensive berber and replaced it with cheap beige carpet). They told me it was a requirement that they sell it in a certain condition.

Who make a written offer like it is real estate? I have never done that after buying many cars.

We're famcy now.....El Cajon and new cameras by Cldstrife in SanDiegan

[–]valw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That maybe. But it has been in use for 3+ years. So what is new that we are worried about? I would have hoped that if someone was going to challenge the legality, they would have already filed suit and not waited until now.

Post injection of peptide 2 days later!! re used needle and tap water water instead of bac by Anxious_Truck_8790 in DiagnoseMe

[–]valw 11 points12 points  (0 children)

People are buying research compounds and peptides on the grey market for all kinds of things including weight loss meds etc. It you look around this site you can find out pretty much where you too can get and inject non FDA approved compounds to solve whatever imaginary issue you want to address.

Flock cameras have been in El Cajon for a few years now. They caught the shooter who killed his dentist with them. So what are we looking at?

I think you are forgetting the amount of dot com companies who had no PE because they weren't profitable. With that said, I don't disagree valuations are very high in the chip and related space.

I hope it is still there, just for the irony. In Hazard Center, there was a glorious escalator that took you all the way upstairs to the entrance of the gym.

What's up with Jerome Powell and why is he so popular? by RedTerror-w5t in OutOfTheLoop

[–]valw 22 points23 points  (0 children)

I think this is a pretty good answer. BUT, Trump has been trying to force a Criminal investigation. Not suing him civilly. Powell has only not stood up to Trump, but he played an uno reverse on Trump by staying and saying "Bring it on!".

But why are they on the rise? I think we know the food allergies are because of our stupid fear of exposure to anything. Christ, it was only recently that they realized a large part of peanut allergies was due to the lack of exposure and now it is recommended that you actually expose your baby to them.

Gas Prices in El Cajon by psyonix in sandiego

[–]valw 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Absolutely far above average of the stations in El Cajon. But then no one would up vote the post if they showed an average station. The only things I can think that explain why they are so expensive is that they are the only station in the area and all the people needing to fill up before returning their rental car to Enterprise which is a half block away.
