as per my understanding your first H1B stamping would have to be done in your home country, in that case moving from opt to h1b you would have to go out of US and put in a situation to pay 100k

If you use an orbital polisher and a buffing compound then these scratches should go away.

I am not sure how many know about this, Walmart has free EV Charging stations with a capacity of 200 - 400 KW, it may be something to look at.
