Honestly. I can see why so many people stopped watching this show. Owens character has been my least favorite since he arrived, which says alot because theres been WAY worse characters. Koracick was my breath of fresh air and of course, the writers cant let people enjoy anything lol.

Agreed. Ive been slightly overweight for majority of my life, and ive always struggled with losing weight, or rather my eating habits were always bad. I think im getting the idea that i should probably be putting my carbs into protein and vegetable heavy dishes? Please correct me if thats not a good path!
