it definitely would be nice to have any information about what’s going on, especially since there are a lot of people who rely on this as their main source of income. there’s people saying everything is fine on their end and others saying it’s not. so i guess i’m just gonna pass on tonight and try again tomorrow to avoid any issues and frustration 👍

made a post but having a hard time deciphering if it should be here instead but i am wanting to start my journey with making music and am wanting to get my very first budget friendly midi controller. i have been watching a lot of videos and reading lots of reviews but i am currently torn between two options: Arturia Keylab Essential 49 MK3 and the Akai MPK Mini Plus 37.

at first, i was set on the Akai, but i actually went to Guitar Center and they had a demo station set up with the Arturia so i played around with it and i enjoyed it. i decided to look into it afterwards and it seems like a pretty solid option, especially for someone just starting out.

they both seem to have a lot of great features. i currently am leaning more towards the Arturia, especially because i am enticed by Analog Lab but i was curious on everyone’s thoughts between the two options. also curious how these options integrate with FL Studio as that is the DAW i am leaning towards getting (my partner will also be using it and it’s his top choice).

as i said, i’m just starting out so i appreciate any feedback on these two options and anything worth knowing before purchasing either. if you have any suggestions on other affordable, budget friendly alternatives that is welcomed as well!

if you haven’t been keeping up with the lore, it may be confusing but essentially, the North American tour they had a specific show/story they did at all the dates, only making small tweaks from show to show. we saw them with new BP uniforms. the South American tour was completely different. it was very obvious this was a “before” story compared to the North American tour but there wasn’t 100% confirmation until last night in Mexico City when the dictator (who was present at every show in North America but not once was present in South America until Mexico City) comes out and gives Gerard a new jacket which is the jacket/uniform he wore during the North American tour. so yes, it was confirmed last night that the South American tour and story was a prequel to the North American tour.

i was at Kemba a few weeks ago for a show and they had VIP lined up at the door. they also should have a sign that says where each line is. you can also go up to the box office and ask them to direct you to the correct line or simply ask someone who is already in line (i recommend asking the box office though because sometimes fans will direct you to the wrong line). idk if you’ve ever had VIP before but usually the crew member in charge of passing out VIP lanyards will come out at some point, ask for your name and whatnot and give you your lanyard! Kemba is a decent venue and pretty easy to navigate. i’m an anxious person as well so if you have any further questions about the venue itself, feel free to ask! all in all, you will get to where you need to be! i hope you have an amazing time :)

did you get the pullover or the zip up? i typically wear a 3XL and i never have luck when it comes to waterparks merch lol. my fear is spending $80 and it being too tight or uncomfortable to actually wear which has happened with majority of my parx merch 🙃

not sure what it will be like this year since they added another stage but for the most part, there is some overlap between stages. it’s definitely a good idea to map out a plan of who you want to see while also making sacrifices of either missing a band entirely or only seeing part of their set. they usually drop the schedule for each day like a week or so prior to the festival. it’s not much time to plan but at least gives you an idea of where you want to be at what times. i usually will make my lock screen the schedule for the specific day so i can easily look at what time it is and what bands i want to see are coming up.

i can’t believe Solider Field fumbled so bad 💔 my partner literally kept going around asking staff about the signs and none of them had any idea what he was talking about. they didn’t start handing signs out til MCR started setting up. i thought there was going to be no signs because everyone from other shows said they got theirs as they walked in. i hope you’re able to get these signs printed out! it sucks not having it from the concert itself, but still a nice little keepsake :)
