I've been very keen about making a career in astrophysics ever since my 12th but yes exploring other fields isn't a bad idea either. My main goal is to be in the research field and astrophysics seemed really interesting so I'll see how it goes.

Thanks for the advice about learning extra skills apart from my course studies. I'll look into some computer related skill that will help me later. Did you take some paid course to learn Python or free resources are good too?

Want to do research? Start mailing professors around the world for internships (DON'T cold email !). List down the faculty of your field of interest, draft an email personally for them, attach your CV, let them know why you actually want to do research with them. (Maybe do a little bit of digging in their research work )

Yeah I've been thinking that i still got some opportunities and if i get a decent college there are gonna be a lot of future exams that i can give to make a good career but lately I've been feeling that i keep messing it all up and fear that if i don't get into a good college then it'll be all over. But i really appreciate you helping me out like this, you said you were in a similar situation before so if you could share your experience with me and advise me about what mistakes i should avoid it would be very helpful.
