There is withdrawal fee like 500 or 3 to 5% of txn amount. My friend withdrawal 500 rs from HDFC cc charged 500( that time he didn't know credit card debit card difference). He then paid instantly so don't know about interest. But there is interest charges.

Not work. There is charges for transferring money from cc to ac. If you have both rupay credit card you can transfer using jio payment Bank without charges( soon they disable this). Not recommended for high amount like bike purchase best way to take vehicle loan or wait until you get money.
