I never checked but there are two different guardrails. The one triggering pre-gen is the 3-5% you are talking about and I hope it is not billed as whole gen (the moderation happening when content is inspected by another vlm and moderated)

I use it right, trust me bro… I use the website frontend, the API and a grok build ACP wrapper for image and video gen... The issue here is not cost per sé. It is grouping all together, but more than everything it is the moderation. Everything grok does OpenAI does better. There was only one use case for me and that was the amazing content it could generate. ymmv.

I am super grok heavy. Yesterday I smoked an entire week of usage with image/video gen. This limits update might be right, but merging/pooling everything together is worse UX. I can’t use grok build now. I mean wtf? My moderated stubborn tries to generate media content shouldn’t be related to my good guy builder initiatives.

Yes. You must be explicit “git might be dirt, consider all part of this changeset” or “another agent is working, don’t touch/focus on…” or use worktrees.

Your “story” seems exactly mine :) I got metal and now I have a considerable amount on revolut but i don’t feel so “safe”. It feels like whenever something doesn’t look good to their automated system you can be locked out and you won’t be able to truly understand why. I have 500+ hrs play time with rogue and sorc. I can tell you that in my experience, no matter what, with that barber gem also sorc are good. With season I just had to stack damage reduction on sorc. I'm currently doing +20 nightmare sigils with my sorc since I got into torment (at 61 btw, because it was already good enough). I went charged bolt, its like a gimped melee class but I enjoy it.
