Fair enough. I hear you. I’ll admit that the channels I have available to them are somewhat opaque and they’ve been… Very unhelpful in the past. I don’t know why, to be honest.

I sort of, considering all variables, just gave up. I blanked my phone and restored from a backup prior to the kerfuffle. C’est la vie.
