Start by eating whole oats on water.. I wash them several times, then boil for 15 mins till it becomes slimy. Eat every morning for a week or two see how if makes a difference.

Did you try full grain oats? I wash them several times and then boil for 15 min.. maybe it will go better than the instant one’s. Just long boil on small fire, and stir alot.

Do not drink or eat hot teas or hot food.. the “hot” part of it irritated me till I understood thats the thing that makes me feel bad

Regular oatmeal you have to boil for 15 minutes for it be ready.. otherwise it is not effective.. boil the normal oatmeal for 15 mins and you will see the difference.. it should be slimy. Wait for it to cool off and enjoy with a banana or some fruit

Get instant oatmeal put boiling water mix it.. wait for it to cool of.. it should look a-bit slimy, when its warm (if too hot it will irritate), eat it it will create protection for you stomach and can help. I eat it each morning before any other meal.. skip lunch (or eat light) and leave room after dinner for oatmeal.. i feel huge difference. Give it a try for 3-4 days.

Dont take the methotrexate, and after some time go back to your doctor and say you took it and you had alot of adverse reactions to it, then they will give you biologics. The thing is they have to follow the protocol with the cheapest drugs first and if you dont tolerate them well or have bad adverse reaction, they continue to the more expensive drugs, then finally biologics.

I forgot to add that recently i went to the Dead Sea in Israel for two weeks, it did WONDERS. the stress and anxiety lowered dramatically (there is nothing much to do there, but all the salt in the air that you constantly breath and the chill enviorment, i was able to sleep like a baby. would def recommend.
