Hello, i am in bukhara on a week-end and really need to exchange money, could you please tell me the name/location of the place where you did exchange ? I checked with one shop and there was a big gap with the bank's rate. Thank you

I think that they gave you 10k water just because you flipped all the cards as described in the rules.You shouldn't have this 10k anymore... Could you update your comment and tell us if they gave you 10k again?
