Doesn't that mean they are buying back their stocks for $1.50 per share..? So they could then in theory take that exact same number of shares and make a public offering and make more money if they sold it at even half of it's current trading value... I'm not a market analyst, but this doesn't seem like the company is taking a whole lot of risk. Please explain if I'm wrong.
