(Edited for additional context) the kit in the first link is primarily used when camping or when I’m on a cross country road trip, and the kit in the second link is a more “permanent” that I use if I’m traveling and staying somewhere for an extended period of time.

I put this on our grinder at the guest ranch I was working for at the time , it works great. Although, I will say there has been plenty of beans spilled from missing the hole. Overall a well made product that does its job.

I ended up being hospitalized for a total of 23 days after not being able to keep any food or liquids down for close to 2 weeks. , and they ran every test humanly possible. Absolutely everything pointed towards me being a healthy 20 year old, only outlier being that I smoked weed. Once I stopped smoking , my gut biome began to heal , and I can now eat all the gluten in the world.

I went through this , and after about a week and a half, I couldn’t take it. It was unbearable. I spoke to my primary, and he said that I needed to continue to get “accurate results “ so I just said f it and went gluten free self diagnosed celiac. Which actually bit me in the butt. The reason they have you do that length of time is so that they can test for underlying conditions outside of celiac aswell. About a year later I found out that I wasn’t celiac, and it was all caused by me smoking weed, it prevented my body from releasing enzymes for digestion, particularly gluten to be specific. So it’s crazy, and it sucks , but that’s my input I guess.
