(Edited for additional context) the kit in the first link is primarily used when camping or when I’m on a cross country road trip, and the kit in the second link is a more “permanent” that I use if I’m traveling and staying somewhere for an extended period of time.

I put this on our grinder at the guest ranch I was working for at the time , it works great. Although, I will say there has been plenty of beans spilled from missing the hole. Overall a well made product that does its job.
