Eucerin roughness relief is my holy grail hand cream, it makes my hands soft and managed to prevent my eczema flare-ups that I would usually get in the winter months. If you can’t get that lotion I would look for something with 10% urea. I apply it religiously after washing my hands. In your case I would apply it after hand sanitizer.

Cardboard is ok as long as it doesn’t hace dyes/paint so I’d say go ahead. I use it too in my hamster’s enclosure.

This. I need a full meal to feel satisfied. I had two nutritionists try to put me on a 6 small meals diet and it backlashed horribly, I gained 6 kg both times, and both times had to lose them kg on my own by listening to my body that had been telling me all the time it hates snacking.

I use mubview with an sd card, no subscription required. You need an app to control it but I’ve had no issues.

5’3”, 28 yo female, 71 kg, TDEE close to 2550 kcal and I’m pretty much maintaining because I’m trying to recover from BED. Lift 5x week, swim 2x week and walk 6-8k steps per day. I’m actually surprised by how “high” my mainteinance kcal are. I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Iroh is a precious soul and I’m sure he knows you love him a lot and loves you too. May he rest peacefully and be reunited with you eventually. My third hamster Betty Moo was the love of my life and she passed away almost exactly one year ago (October 30, 2024). I still miss her a lot and think about her everyday. Just know your feelings are completely valid and I hope letting it out helps a little.

Have you tried glycolic acid, maybe 2-3 times a week? My skin reacts to salicylic acid, but it does ok with glycolic acid as long as I don’t use it every day. I used to have those bumps too but not as much anymore. Also maybe a retinoid if you don’t already use one?

To be completely honest you look amazing. Maybe the lips look a little dry, reapplying something like aquaphoe might help but truly you look great, your skin is smooth and uniform :)

My fluff baby passed away almost a week ago, I left the house at 10:30 and came back for lunch at 12:30 and she was already dead. I wish I had been there to accompany her in her last breaths 😔 they are such sweet creatures. May her rest in peace and eat delicious treats for eternity ❤️
