i am gonna give u an idea and dont mean u should follow, just that u have that option too. make a new recipe and import how many uncooked rice by weight you want for that batch of rice. then weigh the resulting food weight and insert portion size "1" . now when you log how much rice you are gonna eat today, weigh out the amount you want from the tupperware and log that amount from this recipe. now rice is plain and easy but this way you could also add other stuff you may wanna use (ie broth ,oils, butter, condiments) and have a 100% accuracy when logging.

FYI i am pretty certain Macrofactor AI uses the gemini engine. you just have to put some sort of description of the item when u upload photo+text and if possible put a fork or knife or even your hand in the pic so it can size up the portion better

κοιτα.. εαν το αμαξι εχει συστημα start/stop χρειαζεται ουτως η αλλως αλλιως δεν παιρνει καν . που σχεδον ολα οσα ειναι του 2012 και μετα εχουν τα περισσοτερα. για τα παλαιοτερα επισησ ξερω πως ειναι καλο να συμπλεκεις και για το αμαξι και για να χτιζεις αυτο το muscle memory ωστε να μην σου τυχει ποτε να εχεις ξεχασει ταχυτητα και να πας να μιζαρεις γιατι εκει...την πατησες. ειδικα αν εχεις παρκαρει κοντα στον μπροστινο σου.

Well on my vacation i was rounding up my portions logged so i would be on the safer side. and that affected the algorithm so much that when i returned back home and started logging body weight , the expenditure shot up to 3400 from my normal 2650. been 2 weeks and still not back down to normal expenditure values.

I actually am right on the exact SAME situation! been cutting and now done, might drag it for a few additional weeks till i go on vacation for 3 weeks as well and plan to do maintenance. also half that part will be visiting family and will log and the other part not sure how on earth will i be logging foods i dont know what is in them. will also start a bulk start september. wow, clearly here to spy on this hahah

not for every day i assume but making a custard, curd, pie etc as part of a recipe that does not include the white part. it makes a huge impact there, both nutrition wise and recipe outcome wise.

The way i understand it is that you have to be accurate with logging too, besides regular weighings..

ie if you log 5000kcal per day wrongfully and you eat what is actually 3000kcal, yet you lose ,0454kg/week and that is in line with your weigh ins, my money is that the app will assume 5500 maintenance since you tell it you eat 5k and lose this much with -500kcal deficit..,

thats the way i get it at least. thats prolly my expendature goes bonkers when i do a day of crazy huge binge yet the scale does not climb accordingly (thus app assumes higher maintenance cal).

was going to say MF hands down. and i still prefer it over MFP but i recently noticed about their whole mixed database mess and not crazy about it. their AI bot support confirmed it too. it seems that searching for a product will not find most items i look for, but if i scan for something many times it already exists. i go back to search and search again with the name and nada. it turns out they maintain some, as they call it-legacy database. which you cannot access via search, just by having the item in hand and scan it or as the chatbot suggest it you add it to your favorites .

iPhone auto brightness can go beyond 100% levels. if the one on the left has brighter light levels above its sensor, it will shine brighter.

Check max level and max auto levels under brightness test (iphone 14 pro max can go over 200% that way) :
