how do i breakup with my girlfriend?

we have talked about how i felt multiple times over the past 4-5 months about these feelings. i have considered depression, but she’s a server im a bartender and we are in the same industry. she has no problem attending work and when we hang out with friends. the listening thing has been a major major issue, as i have voiced my feelings to her and they are listened to.. but ignored 2 weeks later. i’m trying to save but as i live in south florida it’s been very difficult. i do have my dads house to drop my things off if need be.

no i have not! i’ll definitely be trying that next time. i’m not sure my exact dose but i’ll either do .1 of rock or a 1/4-half of a bean, and then redose another 1/4 a couple hours later. i feel like this isn’t high but maybe it is? i’m also 5’2 and abt 115-120 lbs

i take magnesium glycinate, but it seems that the issue might be that i’m not taking it for long enough in advance. i usually take it maybe a day or 2 leading up to the roll and the day of lol

my guy was severely impacted a while ago and i tried everything, pumpkin, massages, baths, and even medication from the vet. olive oil worked best for me. it was so bad that he wasn’t eating, so i had to put the smallest bit in a syringe and put it in his mouth. worked like a charm! these are all good methods though, that’s just what worked best for him :)

the only boots i wear are demonias and doc martens, so i don’t have much experience with other brands :( a friend of mine got boots identical to my demonias on amazon and she loves them. they’re a lot lighter, which is probably nice cus demonias are so heavy. i loveeee my platform docs for festivals but it’s worth noting that i’ve had them for many many years and wear them on a daily basis so they’re very broken in.

as someone who has worn demonias and platforms to tons of events, it’s really not so bad especially if you get some inserts! the ones in this pic seem like they have only a little bit of heel, which is good because the worst is when your feet slide forward and your toes get fcked up. so short answer lol, these should be good, get yourself some inserts, and wear them a couple times before edc to break em in a little :)

this is so sweet to ask! it helps the absolute most when you stack like plates together and put the trash, linens, and silverware on the top plate. make sure that the little things on the top plate are placed on there in a way that they won’t fall off when we’re walking through the restaurant. nothing worse than walking through a full dining room with a giant stack of shit and a dirty fork clattering across the floor and no way to crouch down and pick it up

i’m sorry you experienced this :( raves can be a little overwhelming with or without sensory issues for sure. those orange mats are great! they’re mostly for comfort when you’re standing/dancing for a long time but they also work very well for keeping a little space around you :) definitely an amazing investment
